At Esca Wear, we want you to love your purchase but if you change your mind, we’re here to help.

If you're a customer in the UK or EU and placed your order on or after 6th February 2025, you have 30 calendar days to cancel your order if you change your mind. This cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order. If your order arrives in multiple deliveries, the 30-day window starts the day after you receive the final item in your shipment.

We may occasionally offer extended return periods during special promotions—keep an eye out for updates on our site or in your order confirmation.
Returns Conditions
Unless your item is faulty, the following conditions apply:

You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please take care when trying on items—avoid contact with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other substances that may leave marks or scents.

Each order must be returned separately to avoid delays in processing your refund.

All items are inspected upon return. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.
